Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for the services provided by Diginated. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. This policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

As our services are customised and tailored to each client’s unique business needs, we do not offer refunds for any services already rendered. By engaging our services, you agree that the work completed up until the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

1.1 Advance Payments and Deposits

For services requiring advance payments or deposits (such as digital marketing campaigns, performance marketing, or website development services), these payments are non-refundable once the service work has commenced.

1.2 Partial Refunds

In cases where services are canceled before work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered. The decision will be based on an assessment of the work already completed, administrative costs incurred, and any resources allocated to the project.

1.3 No Refund for Completed Services

Once a project or service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription-Based Services Refund Policy

For subscription-based services such as ongoing marketing campaigns or retainer-based services, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel the service within the first 7 days of starting a subscription. After this period, refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

3. Cancellation of Services

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

You may choose to cancel any service at any time. Please note the following:

  • For one-time services: If work has not yet commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. If the service has already started, no refund will be provided.
  • For ongoing/subscription services: You must provide written notice of cancellation at least 15 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

3.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations

Diginated reserves the right to cancel services or terminate agreements if a client is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions or if the client engages in unethical, illegal, or harmful practices. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your service, please follow these steps:

  • Email: Send a written request with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request.”
  • Provide Details: Include your name, contact information, the service in question, and the reason for the refund or cancellation request.
  • Assessment: We will review your request within 7 business days and provide a response or further instructions based on the situation.
  • Final Decision: After reviewing your case, we will notify you via email whether your refund or cancellation request has been approved or denied.

5. Exceptions to Refund and Cancellation Policy

Certain services may not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed.
  • Paid media campaigns where ad spend has already been allocated.
  • Custom design, creative, or strategy work that has been delivered to the client.

6. Chargebacks

Diginated Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event of chargebacks initiated by clients through their payment providers, Diginated reserves the right to dispute the chargeback if services were rendered in accordance with the agreed terms. If a chargeback is initiated after a service is completed and delivered, no further services will be provided, and the client’s account may be suspended or terminated.
